    This replacement headset i receved defective and open pack its not new item its used previous i received 2 pair as a well packed but this one not a packed. And its not working. I called many times your cousomer care i did not get proper reply.they told me concern department will call nobody call me. I open your online portal i cant make a complaint because jsih9314 no warranty. How it possible its your responsibility to check replace products is working or not . I receved defective headset. Who is responsible? I lose money my time evry thing. I will not re comend anybody to buy your products. Because you are giving bad quality products. Kindly check and reply plese.
